Hello and welcome. On this page you can find details of my current class schedule, and when and where you can find the most convenient yoga class for you.

Hatha Yoga
Typically in this 90 minute class we spend the first 10 minutes with breathwork (pranayama) then mobilise and spend time in Asanas (postures), modifications are always offered. We end the class with a relaxation and often meditation.
Restorative/ Yin Yoga
This 60 minute class is very slow and calm, it stretches and targets the deep connective tissues between the muscles. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. We use cushions or blocks to support the body to allow muscles to completely relax.
TREY Yoga.. (trauma resilience embodied yoga) with Somatic movement
A deeper practice where small movements re-educates how the brain senses and moves muscles. You are invited to work in a way that suits your body.
All classes are currently at Saltford Hall, and also online via Zoom;

Friday 9.30 – 11am Saltford Hall
Prices: 90 minute in person classes are £12.50 drop-in rate or £9.50 when bought as a block Zoom £10.50 drop in or £8.50 when bought as a block . Access to 2 classes + a week is discounted, contact me for information.
I also teach a number of classes at private gyms and leisure centres in Bristol.
