Although I wasn’t sure what to expect prior to my first hypnotherapy session, Corinne made me feel so at ease. Her knowledge on the brain and how the hypnotherapy would work was very detailed
and taught me so much about how I can take control of my outlook on things. Since my first session, I have listened to Corinne’s hypnotherapy track every night and I can honestly say that it has improved my life. Not only has it transformed my sleeping habits (allowing me to fall asleep in minutes and sleep through the night, every night), but every day I wake up feeling completely refreshed and positive for the day ahead. I gained the confidence to join a gym and try classes I wouldn’t have before and I have lost 22 pounds in weight.
