Over the last 10 years I have suffered with anxiety, stress and low self-confidence. I started to see
Corinne a few months ago and entered into my first session feeling really anxious. Within minutes
Corinne made me feel at ease and a lot more relaxed. I left my first session with a great deal more
understanding of anxiety and the reason behind why we generate this feeling. I also felt really
relaxed and a lot more positive and I was intrigued on how the next session would go and again my
next session I felt at ease and left feeling full of positive energy and less stressed. Over the next six
weeks of seeing Corinne weekly I noticed I was less anxious and stressed and had a lot more of a
positive outlook on things and my confidence stared to grow. I now see Corinne 1-2 times a month
and look forward to each session. I would highly recommend hypnotherapy. I feel this has made a
big positive impact on my anxiety, stress, self-confidence and most importantly my mental state.

Prior to attending Hypnotherapy, I had a great tendency to dwell on the past and in
particular on feelings of guilt in relation certain events in my life. This resulted in frequent
moods bordering on depression and a general lack of motivation.
Since I have been attending hypnotherapy sessions with Corinne I have learnt to focus on
the positives in life and it has changed my whole outlook for the better. I have come to
terms with what has happened in the past and now look forward to a much more positive

Not only has it transformed my sleeping habits (allowing me to fall asleep in minutes and sleep through the night, every night), but every day I wake up feeling completely refreshed and positive for the day ahead. I gained the confidence to join a gym and try classes I wouldn’t have before and I have lost 22 pounds in weight.

I cannot recommend this enough I describe it as keeping you mentally fit. As we tend to forgot our brains and just work on our bodies. I also play the tapes to my children’s at night in bed to relax them.
