What is solution focused hypnotherapy?
Solution focused hypnotherapy can make a positive difference to the way we react by changing old patterns of behavior to new, more positive ones, enabling us to cope so much better with lives challenges.

What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is the bringing together of the conscious and the subconscious minds in trance state. It is a safe, powerful technique creating a deeply relaxed state of the body, mind and emotions. Trance is a perfectly natural state that we are often in during our everyday lives – ie. whilst reading a book, watching television or doing repeated tasks. The therapist guides you into a relaxed trance state by the sound of voice. It is not sleep.

Is it safe?

No-one can be hypnotised against their will and even while in trance people can still reject any of the suggestions given if they are not appropriate.

How many session will it take?

The number of sessions required varies as it is dependent on the clients problem, however this will be assessed at the initial consultation.

Over the last 10 years I have suffered with anxiety, stress and low self-confidence. I started to see Corinne a few months ago and entered into my first session feeling really anxious.
